Custom Commissions
Your vision. Our obsession.
Have a ring idea that’s lived rent-free in your head (or your camera roll) for years? Let’s bring it to life — minus the gatekeeping and gemstone snobbery. Our bespoke process is a one-on-one collaboration with a seasoned expert who actually listens.
How it works
-
We kick things off with a complimentary, 20 minute, one-on-one virtual consultation to get clear on your vision, vibe, and investment. Uncovering what will make this piece uniquely yours.
-
A $500 sourcing deposit allows us to curate a selection of responsibly sourced, hand-selected stones just for you.
-
Once you’ve chosen the one, we collect a 50% deposit and get to work on your CAD design* — every angle approved by you before casting begins.
-
Most pieces take 5–8 weeks from first sketch to final setting, depending on complexity.
-
When it’s ready, we’ll collect the final balance and your custom piece ships out with care, fully insured, and securely packaged.
The result? A piece that’s personal, permanent, and entirely you — worn like second skin and destined to become heirloom legend. Contact us and let’s make some magic.
The fine print
*Design Fee: We aim to nail it on the first go, but some visions take a little fine-tuning. Two CAD revisions are included with every project. If your piece requires additional edits or a full redesign, we’ll always give you a heads-up before any extra fees apply. No surprise charges — just stunning results.
Minimum Investment: Thoughtfully made and one-of-a-kind, all bespoke commission pieces begin with a $2,500 investment, unless otherwise approved. If your vision falls below that threshold, you’re still welcome to reach out — just contact us and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can accommodate.
Final Sale: Your piece is made just for you — literally. Once we begin production, all bespoke commissions are final sale. Why? Because custom jewelry isn’t one-size-fits-all, and your design was crafted exclusively with you in mind. We’re here to make sure you love it before it goes into the magic-making phase.
