That’s where we come in. Our heirloom redesign service transforms what was into something that feels like you. Let’s turn your tucked-away treasure into a piece you’ll actually wear and adore every day.


How it works

  1. We’ll start with a complimentary, 20 minute, one-on-one virtual consultation to get clear on your vision and investment. We will need a few photos and details of your existing piece to get started. Think stone size, type, metal color, etc. 

  2. From there, we’ll talk goals — what you want to create, how you wear your jewelry, and the overall vibe you're going for. Including photos, renderings, or sketches when appropriate to help you envision the final piece. 

  3. Once we’ve aligned on both vision and investment, we collect a $60 flat fee (subject to adjustment depending on the total value of the piece) and provide a fully insured express shipping label to securely collect your heirloom jewelry. Upon arrival at our studio, your piece undergoes a hands-on assessment by our GIA Graduate Gemologist to ensure your stones are safe to unset and reset.

  4. After your stone(s) have been approved, we collect a 50% deposit and get to work on your CAD design. With every angle approved by you before casting begins.*

  5. Most pieces take 5–8 weeks from first sketch to final setting, depending on complexity.

  6. When it’s ready, we will collect the final balance. Once the final balance is received your custom piece ships out with care, fully insured, and securely packaged.

The fine print

*Design Fee: We aim to nail it on the first go, but some visions take a little fine-tuning. Two CAD revisions are included with every project. If your piece requires additional edits or a full redesign, we’ll always give you a heads-up before any extra fees apply. No surprise charges — just stunning results.

Stone condition matters: We’ll carefully inspect all stones upon arrival. If any are chipped, worn, or unstable, we’ll walk you through alternatives and options. Your gems’ safety is non-negotiable and our top priority. We won’t move forward unless they’re good to go.

Insurance: Your heirloom is fully insured while in our care, including transit when using our shipping labels. In some cases, we may request an estimated value or appraisal in advance to make sure you’re properly covered.

Scrap Metal & Leftovers: Want to recycle the original setting and put that value toward your new piece? We’ve got you. Prefer it returned instead? Done. Any unused stones will be sent back to you, too.

Minimum Investment: Thoughtfully made and one-of-a-kind, all heirloom revival pieces begin with a $1,300 investment.

Final Sale: Your piece is made just for you — literally. Once we begin production, all bespoke commissions are final sale. Why? Because custom jewelry isn’t one-size-fits-all, and your design was crafted exclusively with you in mind. We’re here to make sure you love it before it goes into the magic-making phase.
