Return Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us; and while we hope it’s love at first sight, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

If you’re not completely smitten with your purchase, email us at info@laurencameronfinejewelry.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return. We’ll provide you with a fully insured return label to send the item back.

Please note: All custom pieces, resized items, engraved jewelry, or anything made-to-order are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

The fine print (but important!)

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery, and the piece must be back in our hands within 7 business days of that request.

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank.

  • A 7% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover transaction and handling costs. Refunds are issued for the full purchase amount, excluding original shipping costs and the 7% restocking fee.

We currently ship within the U.S. via UPS and FedEx to ensure full tracking, insurance, and sparkle security.

Processing Time

Each order is packed with care (and a little ceremony).

Please allow 1–2 business days before your order ships. Delivery timelines at checkout already include this processing time.

  • Orders under $500

    • Standard Delivery (2–5 business days) 

    • Ships via UPS or FedEx Ground — fully trackable and insured, no signature required. $10.00

    • A direct signature option is recommended and available for purchase $7.00

  • Orders $500–$2,499

    • Standard Delivery+ (2–5 business days) – Signature required

    • Ships via UPS or FedEx Ground. Ships securely with full insurance. Tracking number provided upon label generation. Express option available for faster delivery.

    • Complimentary standard shipping for orders over $500

    • Express delivery add on $45

  • Orders $2,500+

    • VIP Express (Next business day) – Signature required

    • High-value orders deserve the VIP treatment — shipped via UPS or FedEx Next Day Air, fully insured. Tracking number provided upon label generation.

    • Complimentary express shipping for orders over $2,500

  • Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday, excluding holidays. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. 

Redelivery Fees

UPS and or FedEx will attempt delivery up to three times. If your package is returned to us due to non-delivery, redelivery fees will apply.

(Translation: Don’t ghost your sparkle — she’ll come back, but not for free.)

FedEx or UPS Hold-for-Pickup

(Preferred for High-Value Orders)

Want extra peace of mind? We’ll ship your order to the nearest FedEx or UPS Print & Ship Center based on your address — so it’s signed for on arrival, and you don’t need to be home to receive it.

You’ll have 5 business days to pick it up at your convenience with a valid government-issued ID.

Important: The name on your shipping label must match your ID exactly — including spelling. Carriers will not release the package if they don’t match. If the order is returned to us due to a missed pickup, you’ll be responsible for reshipment charges.


Repairs & Requested Services

Shipping and insurance costs for any repair or requested service begin at $45 each way within the continental U.S. Rings valued over $20,000 may incur higher fees and are subject to additional insurance and handling charges.
